That code didn't match. Check for typos, or email [email protected] for a fresh one.

How to prepare your upload

  1. Gather the operative notes — one file per case; Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text. Scanned image-only PDFs can't be read; export those as text or Word first.
  2. Rename each file to your own anonymized case number (1001.docx, 1002.docx, …) and keep your number-to-patient key at the practice. We never need it — our findings come back referenced by your numbers.
  3. Include your claims report as a CSV (in Excel: Save As → CSV). One row per case, the file name in the first column. Column names are flexible; extras are ignored:
    filename, cpt_codes, icd10, submitted_amount, paid_amount, payer 1001.docx, "27447;22853-59", M17.11, 4820.00, 3910.00, BCBS
  4. Enter your access code above, then drag the whole batch — hundreds of files at once is fine — into the upload page, enter your work email, and submit.
Privacy: uploads travel over an encrypted connection into our HIPAA-compliant intake (Business Associate Agreements in place). Documents are de-identified immediately on receipt, before any analysis. Please never send documents by email.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, de-identify and process the batch, and deliver findings referenced by your case numbers — what was under-coded, what was underpaid, and what it's worth. Your team reviews everything; nothing is submitted to any payer by us.
